File your Annual Return

Every Company is required to submit Annual Return within 42 days after the anniversary of the date of incorporation in every year. Penalty will be escalated for lateness

1. Documents will be prepared and email for your signatures

 

2. We will arrange to submit documents to the Companies Registry ("CR").  Receipt confirmation will be sent to you

 

3. After the Annual Return is accepted by the CR which is usually a week time, we will send you the filed official documents for your records

 

4. Please note that Annual Return carries obligation of fees payment. CR will impose the penalty for late filing

 

5. The annual return need to be received by us with Original signatures within 30 days after the Anniversary Date to avoid any penalty.

 

6. Our service fee only include the regular Annual Return fee HK$105, penalty is not included.
